Our office hours are 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday. Outside of these hours, we are available in an emergency for registered clients only.
Our mobile veterinary service is available for home visits in parts of North Surrey but due to a recent surge in patient numbers, we have had to restrict the area from which we accept new clients. Sincere apologies if this means we are no longer able to take your cat on as a patient – we wish we could see everybody but time simply doesn’t allow it! The map shows our approximate practice area only – please check your postcode with the list below.

This covers most of: Banstead, Belmont, Carshalton, Cheam, Chipstead, Coulsdon, Kingswood, Long Ditton, Morden, New Malden, Stoneleigh, Surbiton, Sutton, Wallington, Woodmansterne and Worcester Park.
Payment is expected at the time of our visit. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and bank transfers. Most of our services can be claimed back on pet insurance like any other vet with the notable exception of our home visit fee.
